Specto is a market leader in the use of information and communication technologies in learning, capacity building, and quality assurance. Specto is the successor and replacement of two sister companies: one involved in providing innovative ICT solutions in learning, assessment, and testing, whereas the other is specialized in quality assurance. ECDL Foundation, a non-profit social enterprise, designated Specto as the ICDL National Operator in seven Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Specto is also allowed to market the ICDL in few more countries. In addition, Specto partners use its courseware and testing solutions in six other countries.
