Then we will lean mobile analytics using “Firebase. After that we will learn how to analyze our presence on YouTube using YouTube Analytics, after that we will learn how to analyze data in Facebook Page insights and Twitter Analytics. Then we will learn how to create comprehensive dashboards using Google Data Studio and finally we will learn what heat-maps are and how to use them to enhance the conversion rate and the user experience, we will use the tool Hotjar for that.
In “The Right Online Presence” Course we will learn how to plan our online presence using the online customer journey, we will also learn how to create a simple, yet effective website using Google Sites, and how to have the right presence on Google My Business, then we will learn the best practices to have the right presence on Social Media platforms and how to create engaging content, after that we will learn the best practices when building a mobile app and finally we will learn how to manage effective email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
