This course is designed to develop learners’ ability to apply basic computer skills in various aspects of their lives. The course will introduce the primary concepts of computer, and assist the learners in building the essential skills in using office applications and improve their familiarity with Internet and Email fundamentals. The course will cover the following major topics: - Basic Concepts of Computers - Operating System (Windows 10) - Office 2016 Applications: o Word Processor (Microsoft Word) o Electronic Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) o Presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Internet and email basic features

Marwah received her M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from The University of Jordan in 2007 with a thesis entitled: The Shortest Adaptive Learning Path in eLearning Systems. Since 2015, she is working towards her PhD at the Department of Computer Science of Princess Sumaya University for Technology. Marwah research interests include e-learning Systems, Natural Language Processing and data mining.

Mariam Khader
Mariam Khader

Mariam S. Khader. She is a PhD Candidate in computer science at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), Amman, Jordan. She received the BSc degree in computer networking systems from the World Islamic Science & Education University (WISE) in 2012, Amman, Jordan. She received her MSc Degree is in IT security and digital criminology in 2014 from PSUT. Between 2012-2015, she was a teacher assistant and then a lecturer at the network department at WISE University.

Dr. Mohammad Abu Snober
Dr. Mohammad Abu Snober

Dr. Mohammad Abu Snober is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science department in PSUT. He obtained his degree from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy in 2017. Ha has a very good experience in university teaching. His research interests focus on new trends in IT; like: Distributed Systems and Mobile Cloud Computing, Information Security and Privacy and Big Data Analytics.

Bushra Hijawi
Bushra Hijawi

An instructor at the department of Computer Science, Princess Sumaya University for Technology. She received her Master degree in Information Systems and Innovation from Hashemite University, Jordan in 2017 and graduated with 1st class Honor. She has a B.Sc. degree in Computer Information Systems from Al-Albayt University, Jordan, in 2015 and graduated with 1st class Honor. She is pursuing research on the web intelligence, recommender system, optimization algorithms and artificial intelligence.

Eng. Heba Abdel-Nabi
Eng. Heba Abdel-Nabi

Eng. Heba Abdel-Nabi is an instructor at the computer science department of Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). She is also a PhD student in Computer Science at the same university. She received both Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering in 2010 and Master degree in Electrical Engineering in 2015 from PSUT. Her research interests are digital image security, Deep learning, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Algorithms and Data Mining.
